Due to popular demand, we are pleased to announce that we will be hosting a second session of Tax Consulting SA’s Annual Tax and Budget Update, once again presented by with Jerry Botha.
The event will is a focused presentation for Remuneration, Reward, Benefits, Payroll and Human Resource professionals.
Unlike other post Budget 2023/24 presentations, this event is held a couple of weeks after the Budget Announcement, to move beyond theoretical repeat on what is into the Budget Announcement. It will cover in-depth the unpacking of what the announcements mean for the human resource professional, and others involved in remuneration and benefits.

About The Presenter
Jerry has over 25 years’ experience in the field of taxation, holds his own FSCA License, and is a Certified Payroll Practitioner and Tax Practitioner.
He is the managing partner of South Africa’s largest independent tax practice, enjoys presenting and is passionate about tax and international individuals. Jerry is the principal author of the Lexis Nexis “Expatriate Tax” textbook, as is critically acclaimed by Judge Dennis Davis.
This year in particular, the Budget Announcement cannot be fully understood without the Parliamentary Session and Commentary on 01 March 2023, during the “Presentation to the Standing Committee on Finance and the Select Committee on Finance”.
Due to demand for an association neutral presentation, this presentation will cover all aspects of the Budget 2023/24 which is important for the professional to take back to their business. It will also include a deep dive into the most important events from March 2023 to date; to ensure professionals are fully updated.
