“We will submit a tax technical and economic response to National Treasury, but we believe every South African who may be impacted hereby, including those back home supported by ourselves should exercise their constitutional right to comment on this change. This is very important. We need these comments to happen as soon as possible, but no later than 18 August 2017. We beg our members to be responsible in their comments and stay with their personal facts and the unintended consequences should this proposal be passed by Parliament.
